John Miller
Vice President, Business Development

John Miller has been instrumental in monitoring the intellectual property landscape and identifying and developing new business ideas for Arrowhead and its subsidiaries, as well as identifying and developing new business ideas for Arrowhead. Mr. Miller founded NanoPolaris and guided its development through the acquisition of the assets of Unidym, a company developing electronic applications of carbon nanotubes and Carbon Nanotechnologies, Inc., a company possessing an expansive portfolio of carbon nanotube patents and carbon nanotube manufacturing capabilities. Prior to joining the Company, from 2002 until 2004 Mr. Miller was a founder and Managing Editor of Nanotechnology Law & Business, a peer-reviewed, quarterly journal. He has published various articles on legal and policy issues in nanotechnology and co-authored The Handbook of Nanotechnology Business, Policy, and Intellectual Property Law (John Wiley, 2004). John is a member of the California bar and federal courts in the Northern District of California. He graduated Order of the Coif from Stanford Law School.
